Remarks
For the course bachelor in Journalism and Mass Communication, I applied to Usha Martin University. My admission was confirmed without any GD or PI. I was just asked my 12% and my admission was confirmed. Mine was the 1st batch of Usha Martin. I was given the scholarship of 30% for scoring more than 80% in my 12th and in each semester I had to pay the fees reducing 30% of it.
Course Curriculum Overview
My first semester was held offline and it was quite difficult but not that hard to pass but due to the Covid situation, my 2nd-4th semester was held online. But even after the exam was held online faculties weren't liberal. The exam was held in the same strict manner by turning on the camera.
Placement Experience
I am currently in the last year of my 3 years of Bachelor in Journalism and Mass Communication. Personally, I don't have much idea about the placements but as per the information's being gathered from the seniors, the placement is good.
Fees and Financial Aid
I got the scholarship of 30% in each semester for scoring more than 80% in my 12th board. Fees are affordable. Currently, I am in 3rd year so I don't know what's gonna be the job status once I complete the last two semesters.
Campus Life
The college organises different programs. Each department is well recognised through the programms being held. Journalism and Mass Communication students have their own media club where they perform activities. Library is full of academic books. The classrooms are big enough for the accomodation of large number of students at a time. The beautiful building is soothing to eyes forming a feeling of oneness among students.
