By qualifying RGUKT CET(entrance test), Based on our performance in the test and our reservation one can get admitted into RGUKT for 6 years integrated B.Tech programme (2years puc + 4 years b.tech). Counselling can be held in the college itself.

Based on the percentage in the PUC course at the end of the first two years, one can get admitted into B.tech core branches. i.e.,(Mech/ civil/ Ece/ Cse/ Chemical/ Metallurgy). We can choose our branch as the college provides that option. If we have the required marks, we are allocated with the branch of our like.

As I'm a mechanical engineering student, we have no internship opportunities within the college. We have searched for internship opportunities on our own. But for IT students there might be some oppurtunites for interns or internships.

After completing total of six years of the course, if you are a student of Computers or Electronics then the chances of getting placed in a company is very high. But when it comes to students of remaining branches( non IT) chances are very less.

We have to pay Fee of Rs.36,000 for the first two years and then Rs.40,000 for the last four years. But government provides scholarships as the Institute runs by the A.P govt itself. So we have to pay no fee unless the student's father is a govt employee.

There are many groups or clubs within the college and within branches. There are clubs for sharing knowledge, Helping, cultural, competitions that are run by students with the help of faculty as club heads.

Hostels are completely free and those are maintained by the college itself. messes are very nearer to the hosels and the food served in the mess is average. They maintain standards but when it comes to taste it is average
