Center for Management Studies - The best college for BBA in Bangalore

I applied only to this college as I was sure that I will get the admissions. It was one of my most preferred colleges. Had I not got admissions there, I would've applied to other colleges as well. No quota was availed, I went on a General Merit. The admission process is simple, where you apply on the official website. Post which there is an Entrance test named "Jain Entrance Test", the ones who clear the exam are invited for a group discussion followed by a personal interview for the finalisation of the admission.

I have always wanted a degree in management and administration, that is the reason I chose commerce during my pre-university, eventually followed by a BBA in my UG. The faculty is amazing and each one specialises in their own subject. Many of the faculty are PhD holders and the others have international qualifications with the necessary experience. The term exams were always timely and were relatively easy to pass.

There are mandatory internships in the first two semesters and the college assists regarding the same. The choice of company and the job lies with the student and they can choose it according to their interests.

The placements start during the 5th Sem and the best of the best companies are available. The package generally depends on the way the candidate interacts with the company HR. The Highest Package was 12 LPA from Kasa Enterprises. Roughly 90%+ of the students who apply for the placement are selected.

The fee is a little bit on the premium side, but I consider it justified coz the opportunities which are provided are insane. There are various scholarships available for the needy and the college assists regarding the same. The college does provide placements and the companies are generally top tier.

It has the best fests in Bangalore and maybe even in India. There are multiple fests on various aspects like Management Fest - Precipice, Threshold, Protege etc. Cultural Fest - Lasya and many more fests which keeps happening consistently. The Library is massive and has all the necessary resources. The classrooms have all the necessary amenities. It also has many social groups along with multiple clubs and associations.

There was an Entrance Test mainly focussed on Aptitude, Comprehension, General Knowledge etc. Post which there was a Group discussion, the topics are generally based on the trends of that particular time. Being aware of the recent events and being confident in your presentation is the best way to prepare for these tests.
