As SNIST is among top colleges in TS, to get a seat in CSE or it it is necessary for a general candidate to get a rank under 6k. On the day of joining we need to pay some amount towards uniform and other placement training activities.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose the IT course because SNIST is giving its top priority to this course. The student to teacher ratio is about 1:15.Faculty is good. They teach very well and in a nice and clear manner. They really approach every student and try to provide something to us. They are very easy to contact and communicate with. They are friendly in manner. Many of them had PhDs and are well qualified.We have 2 mid semester exams and one end semester exam every semester
Internships Opportunities
College provides internships in 3rd year like AICTE virtual internships. Internships are provided by Cisco, Aws academy ,Red hat academy and Blue Prism Academy. Top roles provided in our course are in the Machine Learning Engineer,Data Scientist,Data Analyst,Software Developer
Placement Experience
About 80% of the students get placed according to the records.All those who are eligible are assured to get placed with a avg. salary of 4.5LPA. Coming to highest package last year Amazon recruited two students with a package about 21 LPA. CSE and IT branches are more exposed to placements. Recruiters from companies like Amazon, Wipro, Tcs, Cognizant,Infosys and about 100 other companies visited the college in the past. Tcs and Cognizant are the top recruiters for our branch.
Fees and Financial Aid
The Fee regardings are definitely the weakest link of the institution. The demand fee in regular intervals. Also other expenses are charged to a student apart from the tution fee. But college necessarily triea to get the best out of student. Campus Life
Not much leisure time is alloted for extra curricular activities and sports. The best part of SNIST is its fest culture. Our fests include Sreevision, Adastra, Dandiya Night, Sreeotsav, Food Fest etc.The class rooms and the laboratories are well equipped and nicely ventilated. The library provides whole lot of books for the reference.
