CAT, Score - 89 percentile LBSIM ranks in top 20 b-schools of India and is recommended by many of the alumnus. It is based on the principles of Lal Bahadur Shastri and it is followed throughout the course. The institute has state-of-the-art infrastructure and a fully air-conditioned building in Dwarka, New Delhi.

Course curriculum involves all management subjects. The pedagogy is completely based on the application and practical knowledge. We are given regular case studies and articles to study. Apart from the academics we have club activities that involves a lot of work and tasks to be done. It allows us to learn pressure handling and helps us develop our managerial skills.

Yes, the college provides internships for 1st year students and it is also compulsory to submit a report on the same. It is usually of 3 months and stipend varies from 7000-30000 per month.

The institute has a dedicated placement cell of 20 students that are in regular touch with the HRs of various companies and they are responsible for getting all 2nd year students placed. The entire placement process is handled by the student placement cell itself. This creates a sense of responsibility among the students and shows the institute culture.

Annually we organize the college fest, TATVA which is scheduled usually in the month of february. Regular club activities are organized in the institute by the club members. We also have a TEDx that is organised by the student alumni cell every year. It has been organized annually since 2013 and LBSIM is officially a partner of TED global community.

As per 2016 admissions Fee structure for PGDM-General is 9,00,000 that has to be paid in 4 instalments in a time period of 2 years. It is pretty nominal and cheap as compared to other top private b-schools within India. The hostel is not within the campus but a km away that charges about 60,000 annually.

We have a dedicated Alumni cell of 10 students in our college. they manage the relations with the alumnus. I am myself the coordinator of Alumni Cell 2017. We also hold annual Alumni Meet in the month of October for all the alumni to meet and discuss their whereabouts.

Our institute works on a trimester system and every semester we may have a mid-term exam of 50 marks and an end -term exam of 50 marks. Finally we are ranked in the institute based on the CGPA of all the students and a comprehensive score is calculated. Usually students score a CGPA between 7-9.

Admission process started with giving CAT examination. Then based on the percentiles i applied for the college by filling online application. It will ask to pay an application fees and enter your academic details with background details and other relevant documents. Based on the profile we are shortlisted by the institute for the admission process and then called for GD/PI interviews in respective cities.

The faculty is mostly PHDs and researchers. They have in depth knowledge of their subjects most of them come from corporate work experience. So, the teachers can guide us through the work culture and explain concepts through real-life experiences. It is beneficial for the students to learn.
