Nani's review for cmr Engineering college.

My EAMCET rank was 26930. And I applied for all best colleges in telangana and andhrapradesh.. But I got seat in cmr Engineering college.. I availed Ts convinier quota for admission.. For computer science and engineering program minimum age required is 18 In CMR Engineering college and marks cannot be considered, but EAMCET rank is considered. On counselling day the officer collects all the Xerox copies of my bonafide, Tc's, aadhar card, SSC memo, intermediate memo, EAMCET hall ticket, etc. and issues a certificate which has all my details and EAMCET rank and approval stamp.

I choose this course. Because, I have been interested in these computers from childhood onwards..so I thought I may learn much about computers and computer programming. The faculty and student ratio in my college is 30:1 One professor is the in-charge of the 30 students. Qualification of my faculty is they completed B.tech, M.tech and PhD in their respective fields. And coming to the teaching experience. Every faculty have more than 10 years of experience in teaching. And the teaching was good, they explain all the concepts in a good way which is understandable to students. Term exams in my college will be held every 2 months, they give questions based on the concepts they reached and the student who is active in listening to the concepts they teach can easily get more than 90% in the subject.

From 6 semester students are eligible for campus placements. Companies like Infosys, IBM, cognizant, Amazon,byjus, L&T, etc visited my college. Last year 900+ placements are done for students. And the highest package is 22LPA and the average package is 6.5LPA. More than 90% of students got placements. My plan after completion of my degree is to get hired by a good company.

The fees for computer science and engineering course for each student is 75000/-. But I aviled convener quota so, they give the scholarship of 35000/- for each student. So after all the calculations. I pay 40000 to 45000 including the fees like a library, etc. My college offers campus placements.

Anti-ragging community is started by the students of my college and continued by the students who are newly joined and my college offers to join CSI(Computer Society of India). The college conducts freshers party every year. And also conducts an annual fest. Every year. They conduct freshers party on in the month August or September. And annual fest on the month of February or March. CMR Engineering college has a central library which has more than 10000 books. And It has books which are related to my course. The college conducts a sports fest every year .where all the students are allowed to play games or sports on their interests. Every classroom contains one projector, computer which helps us in understanding the topic easily.

CMR Engineering College provides hostel services for both girls and boys. The hostel contains rooms. Every room contains two fans, windows, ventilation is good, two led lights, and 5 beds. The hostel provides homely food and has good quality and taste. The registration process for the hostel does e in the college office itself.
