Remarks

The admission process was easy I have to give Manipal entrance exam in which I scored 325 marks according to which I got 16000 rank and got CCE in my counselling. The counselling process was easy. We had to report at our college and fill 2-3 forms it was the process of 1 hr. Overall the staff was cooperative.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very effective as it contains both courses of computer science and communication field like networking, data communication etc. Faculty members are cooperative Some of them are not so but this is the story of every college. The level of exams is not so high. A person who starts studying 1 week before can easily pass with above average grade.

Internships Opportunities

Only 2-3 companies recruit from our college Like dell and adobe. You have to find an internship yourself. Other than that Projects are assigned from faculty members of our college you can contact them and start making projects as per your interest.

Placement Experience

Yes, the college provides placement. Big tech companies like Microsoft, dell recruit from our college. Other than that Accenture, Capgemini, Ericson, Philips etc recruits from our college with 4-5 lac package. If you study properly you can easily crack interviews. 99% of students get placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

As the name of Manipal is taken, the high fee structure is the main topic of discussion. Yes, fees are a bit higher in comparison to other universities but the facilities are worth it. You can get many scholarships I am qualified for the Rajasthan merit scholarship. Similarly, you can get a scholarship according to your qualifications.

Campus Life

Campus life is amazing. You can see videos online and yes it is the same as shown in videos. The same events. Same activities. So yes college life is amazing out here. If you are an extrovert you will live your college life best here.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are very maintained. The housekeeping service is always on time. Meal quality is much better than other hostels. Yes again it is more costly than others but the facilities are amazing. You will get a playing area. Many basketball courts. All things are maintained properly.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.
