In 2018, GGSIPU used to conduct their own CET, and based on that rank you could apply to colleges, now JEE rank is considered. The results and the slot booking processes should be made more fast and convenient for the applicants. All information regarding admissions is available easily on the university website. There are many kinds of reservations for admissions like J&K, SC, ST, and other backward classes.

Engineering makes many options available to you after graduation, you can either start a job or go for any master's course like M.tech or MBA, or any other field as well. It helps you gain the maturity to know and understand what you really want to do in life. The faculty: student ratio is about 1:20 And I consider it to be good as teachers do know everyone by their name and the proper attention is given to each student. All faculty are highly qualified with some of them being writers of famous educational books as well. There is one internal and one external exam each semester along with practicals for the same. It's easy to pass, just stay motivated and have a will to learn.

The college provides free access to all Coursera courses and provides a few paid courses as well to gain knowledge and skills for the internship which is mandatory after the 6th semester for about 2 months.

Placement exams and interviews start from the 7th semester and there is a huge number of companies that come to the college ranging from start-ups to big companies like Amazon. The highest package is about 20+ Lakhs per annum and the average package is about 8 lakhs per annum. More the 95% of students are provided with placements. Got a few jobs offers in the 7th semester itself and am planning to go for MBA after gaining work experience.

The fee is approximately one lakh ten thousand rupees per year (110000/yr). The placement facilities are one the best in the whole GGSIPU, in the final year there are numerous companies that come and select students and the college aims for 100% placement for the students. There are two fest Avensis and Genesis, they take place for 4 days in a row in the month of January, one is organized by the college and the other is organized by the students of the environment society Prakriti. Even though it's a small campus and an old building with not so decent infrastructure and amnesties in classrooms, there is always something for everyone that can be of interest for them, there are various societies in all the fields be it arts, dance, gaming, writing, theatre, and tech.
