Remarks
Minimum 50% marks from 12th were required to take this course. Application forms were available on the college website and also in the college office. The fees for 1st year was around 40,000/-. The admission process was quick and easy to follow.
Course Curriculum Overview
I had a huge interest in getting into IT for, hence chose this course. There were ample professors/lectures in each department to guide us. They were highly qualified and experienced. The teaching method was good and easy to understand. Exams were conducted frequently and were slightly difficult to pass.
Placement Experience
Students were eligible for placements from the final year. Companies like Dell, Infosys, TCS, etc were conducting campus interviews for various roles. Students were offered roles like Business associate, process executives, etc with a basic salary of up to 1.8LPA. Around 40% of the students got placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees were roughly around 35000-40000/- for BCA in the first year followed by 25000/- for the next two years. Other courses were also affordable. Many scholarship programmes helped the students to continue further studies.
Campus Life
Annual fests were conducted in February or March of each year. The college has a huge library with a good collection of books and articles. The classrooms were well lit and has sufficient tables and chairs. Students were encouraged to take part in cultural activities and sports.
