Like every year we had a shortlisting period followed by a personal interview process. The GD screening was suspended due to the ongoing pandemic. All the processes take place once you express interest after giving CAT.
Course Curriculum Overview
Faculty is really good in here, all of them are well qualified. The ratio is around 1:10 , the faculty details pertaining to subjects, experience, and alma mater can be found on the website of IIM Amritsar.'Exams follow a relative grading methodology.
Internships Opportunities
The summer internships process starts after the academic year starts and companies of different scales approach the placement committee. The stipend and company details can be found on the website of IIM Amritsar.
Placement Experience
The students are eligible for campus placement after that of 3rd semester completing a summer internship. Few students also get pre-placement offers. Details pertaining to various placement details can be found on the website of IIM Amritsar.
Fees and Financial Aid
It is a full-time residential program so campus jobs are out of the question as you don't even get time here out of daily tasks. the fee for our batch is 13.2 lac for the whole course excluding mess fees whose breakdown can be found on the website
Campus Life
Aarunya was the annual management fest, apart from that various domain-specific conclave and fests were conducted seasonally and annually. All the activities that happen on campus either administrative or recreational by respective clubs and committees.
Hostel Facilities
The mess feeds 450 people a day and the menu has a variety which is updated monthly and is available on insta, the rooms are quite nice and well equipped. The rooms are of type 2bhk and 3bhk in a residential society
Interview Experience
There was not any GD owing to a pandemic, the personal interview round was conducted on the zoom platform. The topics covered in the interview were that of my past qualifications, general knowledge, academics, and business accumen
