I chose the course because I like history. The facilities in the history department were very good, the teachers were very good at explaining the history, the teachers respected the students. Teachers could easily write notes on a subject, often using projectors to show some historical pictures. Examinations were held twice a year in the college. Students were eligible for campus placement after the 6th semester. Salaries ranging from Rs 15,000 to Rs 30,000 were offered. 60 percent of the students would get placement. I want to start my own business.

We used to spend 6000 rupees a year on this course. If there was sixty percent in history, then Vivekananda Scholarship would have been given. I didn't get any job from our college, However, after completing the degree, jobs are offered in many places from our college.

Our college used to have two programs a year, one was Nabin Baran and the other was farewell. The college library was very large, and there were many books on various subjects, The classrooms were large enough to accommodate up to 80 students at a time, and the classrooms were always clean and tidy. In the summer there were college football tournaments, and in the winter there were cricket tournaments, Our college had student unions, which were run by students.
