Good knowledge in English, 60 percent of a number in Higher Secondary Exam or equivalent Exam in English to get English Honours. The application process is totally online. Form, application procedure is totally online for Covid 19 outbreak.

I love English Literature since my childhood, total of 7 faculty are here to help us achieve our goals in English language and English literature. It's about a 1:13 ratio. All professors are highly qualified, some have PhD in English literature. Now all classes are going online. For corona outbreak.

Class Size: 101Course Fees: INR 2000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

No fees hike as the college is totally govt sponsored. And the cost of the study is about 2000 rupees for a year. You guys can apply for any scholarship related to this scheme. Like Swami Vivekananda Scholarship or any.

Campus Life

3 annual fests, a social and 1 sports event held up here every year. Many books are available in the college library. All the classrooms are neat and clean. The college is next to Ganga River and Chandannagar Strand Ghat.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course because it has lots of scope in future to get a job and also it is a good subject or my National language. In this college lots of faculty has been given to the students. Well, I am also a new student but I can say that all teaching and non teaching staff and also the office staff are very humble to the students and they help us a lot. I am in B.A. 1st year student and lots of faculty has been given by our beloved teachers and office staff. The teachers are very humble by nature and the way they taught us is really mind blowing I am very grateful that I am a student of those teachers. In every 6 months, you have to give one semester examination and as I already told you that I am a new student and my exam is in February month so I do not have experience with the paper and how difficult it to pass but I can say you read properly you can pass the exam in Good marks.
