Entrance Preview
I cleared SRMJEE 2012 by getting 6000 rank. I chose Civil Engg in SRM UNIVERSITY because the placement record in this university was too good and at the end the placement matters. I had 70% in PCM in 12th std so i didnt go through any of the interviews. I was selected on he basis of merit.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course according to me was quite good. The teachers especially are very good and they explain each and every concepts so well that you feel confident about your answers. Anna university syllabus is followed in SRM as this college is located in CHENNAI.
Internships Opportunities
I did my Internship from Delhi Metro and it was a quite a great internship experience. I got to learn new things and i became confident by this internship. I actually got to know what actually the site work is. Stipened offered to me was only 8000 per month which was enough for me.
Placement Experience
This year i am placed in INFOSYS and also L&T. The placement record is the best thing about SRM. This year they broke all the records by getting more than 6600 students placed in top It companies like Wipro, Infosys. TCS, Cognizant. I have nothing to say about the placements as it is the BEST.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Tution fees is 150000 per year which i think is expensive but the level of education they provide is way too good.
Fees and Financial Aid
The scholarship is offered to toppers if they excel in thier semester exams. Half of the tution fees is paid by the college itself.
Faculty
The faculty was too good and they explain each and every concept in detail. No doubt they are the best in explaining things. They are friendly polite and hard working and the level of difficulty of exams is also way too good.
