Remarks
Actually, the admission process is mainly based on 12th marks and REAP form. And the no. of seats also matter in this college. This college has 120 seats so, If you come first you will get a seat. Some of my batchmates had taken any other branch in this college in the first year and then they changed their branch to CSE, I am saying this as if you didn't get a seat then you can go for this process but this is quite risky. If you have the 12th percentage of 70% or above you will get admission easily. The admission process was quite simple you have to go to the admission office and then fill the form and then welcome to techno India NJR institute of technology.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose B tech in CSE because I have a very good interest in Technology and this college has quite good placements in CSE. Almost 80% of the student get placed every year with the average package of 4 to 5 lakh per annum. The qualification of the faculty is quite nice as one of our teacher has cracked Gsoc 3 times and also had been a mentor of Gsoc. There are 2 midterms in 1 semester and then 1 main RTU exam. The exams are not that hard as if you study in the last 30 days consistently through revision then you can score well but I suggest you to focus daily on your data structures and algorithms solving skills because only this will help you to get a good placement.
Internships Opportunities
Metacube is a company which has good relations with our college so it takes students every year and gives a stipend of 10000 per month. There are many more companies like Infosys, TCS, etc in which students get placed every year.
Placement Experience
From third-year college students takes internships and work for the company. Actually, this college does not have 4th year means they 4th year have only 4 subjects, 2 subjects per semester which is a very good thing. Till fourth-year maximum, every student gets an internship and they don't come to college. There are companies like Meta Cube, Infosys, etc which offer an average of 5 lakh per annum. The highest package is 9 lakh per annum. Around 80% of the students get placed till the 4th-year end.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of the college are approximately 1 lakh per year and everything is included in this like tuition fees, uniform, bus fee, book bank fee, etc. You will have to give some additional fees if the college announces any other program which they announce every year but it is optional for everyone. There are some scholarship programs in college, like an example of one of my friends who had a very good percentage in 12th so he get a TFWS scholarship so then he has to pay only 22000 per semester. So, If you have skills you will get a scholarship. If you are a minority citizen then also you can get scholarships from government programs.
Campus Life
As due to covid till now there is not have any fest but I asked my senior and they said there are some fests which happen every year. I had not issued many books from the library but all the syllabus books are available in the library. There are many extracurricular activities that the college do for students like every year they organize Garba night in Navratri, they organize tour every year, and many more activities. The college also has clubs and club discussion is on Saturday. Each student gets into a maximum of 2 clubs, the main two clubs of the college are the technology club and sports club.
