A quick review of JSS NOIDA

In my time 2 years ago, AKTU conducted its own examination for admission but now they take students directly from their JEE Main scores and ranks for admission. You can go to AKTU's official website for all information and application forms, dates, etc.

I am from the ECE branch as I got this branch from my ranking as nowadays everybody wants to go to the CSE branch only but I was not lucky with that. The faculty here is very strict as compared to other branches but no matter what they are all very top-notch teachers/professors in their fields. If you want any help they will provide you with all. They are all graduated from M.Tech or P.hd and their teaching method is average and good only in my opinion. In my opinion, in every private college, you have to study on your own only as teachers can only guide you rest you have to do by yourselves. There is three internals (CIAs) per Semester and there is 2 semester.

From 6th semester ,students become eligible for campus placements . The main companies which visits are mass recruiters like Wipro ,TCS,etc. The average package is about 4-6 lakhs and few companies take 2-3 students on higher packages. This year the highest package was of 19 lakhs till now and currenty the placements are going on.

The fees of Btech is nearly Rs 1,20000 per year and you can pay it in two parts . Also you have the opprotunity to get scholarships if your parents are not from govt jobs . The campus placements are also good with and average of 4-6 lakhs

The campus life here is good. It is clean and green. There are many books and journals in library which you can issue for reading. An annual fest called Zealicon is held every year in the months of march (likely) but we did not had any till now because of covid 19 .Also there is an small techfest which takes place at the starting only . There is a caffet area under the MPH (Multi Purpose Hall). Also there is an annual sports meet named "Maithri" organised every year in the month of oct -nov . And at the last there are many societies which i think are only for your openness in the outer world

The campus has 3 hostels - boys hostel, girls hostel and an ISH Hostel(AC hostel for boys). The food of boys hostel is very bad but girls hostel and ISH's food is average. Since the boys hostel is not so big so many people shifts to other neibour hostels like Hooliv Sanskar boys hostel , ganesh vandana ,etc. which is approx 1 km to the campus (in sector 58 ). The hostel life is good here (except food) .
