An extremely amazing institute with its unique way of teaching and enshrining students future. There are certain students who don't belong here, but you have live with them as there are more like them outside the college.
Entrance Preview
Eligibility for the program is passing Marks in 10+2 CBSE . Final admission offer is subject to successful performance in a personal interview. Also the students have to go through the process of group discussion
Course Curriculum Overview
Course offers a wide range of subjects to choose from like accounts, business laws, banking and insurance, mathematical analytics and financial terms, personality enhancement, business analytics.
Internships Opportunities
College brings in companies like Britannia, NDTV, Learning Hour for SIP( Summer Internship Program) who tend to offer a stipend of 5-7k per month but the workload is increased with every increased stipend.
Placement Experience
Companies like Rident Group, Coca cola, HP, Infosys, IBM come to the campus with attractive packages of 7-10 lacs per annum but the vacancies are quite low as the companies that come are not taking more than 5 candidates.
College Events
The council makes sure that every time the Annual Fest of FBS is bigger and attracts more crowd by inviting celebrities. There are events like freshers party and farewell and then there is a blood donation camp organized every year for the students to come up and donate blood.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The Fee for the three year full time program is Rs. 1.80 Lacs (that is Rs. 60,000 per year); payable in easy installments
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship of Rs. 30,000 is given for students who have secured more than 85% in CBSE. But frankly it is given to nobody as there are hardly any students who fufill this criteria.
Campus Life
Campus life is pretty good as they teach us how to manage work life and personal life. We had once done a project in PEM( personality effieciency managemement) and there we learnt on balancing the ups and downs that are faced by every other being.
Hostel Facilities
There is a facility for accomodation in the campus . They provide details of the PGs available nearby. The college is not responsible for the PGs food and all.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni is placed at such good companies . I am associated with one of them on LinkedIn as it provides a great platform for students,ex students, faculty and other people from the industry.
Exam Structure
Exams are conducted per semester with work assignments group projects and mid term exams followed on. The main essence is the group projects which teach a lot and talking about the exams they are of a structured pattern
Faculty
Faculty is amazing as they build up and shape the students future especially Prof. Gita Agarwal . She is one gem of a person as she treated us like her own kids and was worried for our placements.
