All you have to do is fill up the admission form on the official website of Amity University. They will give you dates for a written examination and a personal interview. You will receive the mail stating whether you have been selected or not in 3 days.
Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus in this course is based on that of Cambridge University and they have recruited all PHd teachers which makes them all the more efficient. The teachers use the quality method of teaching and also present relatable videos making learning fun. The exams are mostly based on whatever has been taught in the classes.
Internships Opportunities
Amity is known to give out great internships to its students and is also known for a 100% placement opportunity. However, they give you the placements only in your final semester after you submit you cvs which they help you build.
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost for English honors starts with 60k per semester for the first year and they also charge a security of 20k which is to be paid with the fees of the first semester. Then there is an increase of 5% in the fee per year.
Campus Life
There are several international literature festivals including the Amity international literature festival and the Amity international youth festival which are famous all across the globe. The Amity University has an enormous Central library of three floors in the campus that consists of books from all genres. The classrooms are central acs and are fit with several desks and a podium for the teachers. We also have an annual sports meet called sangathan.
Hostel Facilities
The rooms have central AC and there is also a non AC hostel if you wish to opt for it. You have to get all your meals from the cafeteria below. While registering yourself for the college and paying the fees, you have to opt for the hostel and pay your fees.
Interview Experience
The written paper involves general questions related to grammar and story writing and the group discussion involves aspects of literature that were taught in school. All you need is a general idea of literature in order to pass these rounds.
