Remarks

The people with difference of opinion are much praised here, those who are introverts get equal chance though, the main thing required is your dedication towards the course and you will be rocking.

There is a criteria which says students scoring more than 45% in graduation and who have appeared for XAT, MAT or CAT are elegible to apply

Course Curriculum Overview

Course subjects are : Business Ethics, Economics which involve micro as well as macro , organizational behaviour, financial analytics, cost accountancy, etcc

Internships Opportunities

College helps in getting internship as the companies that visit are Infosys, Axis Bank, NDTV, Britannia etc with minimum stipend of 5,000

Placement Experience

Placements at FBS are great as the placement cell works on getting every student placed and they get big companies with high packages.

College Events

Events of FBS are spectacular. Firstly we have fresher's party then there are tours to international places followed by camps like Blood donation camp and finally we have a farewell to bid adieu to the senior batch which is super awesome.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees for one year is approx 2.5 lacs and the course is continued for two complete years excluding the registration cost

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is offered to meritorious students of CAT. The amount that is paid to the students is a minimum of 45,000

Campus Life

Life at FBS is survivable because of the canteen and sports. The classroom has a unique ambience which makes you study for longer than you tought

Hostel Facilities

The college does not provide any service for the students regarding hostel or pg. The students have to find their way and zone out of the campus hunt for a house.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni can be found on LinkedIn other than that no clue of alumni. One of my friends had a cousin who was an ex FBSite and he said that you must grab all the opportunities and not wait for any better company to come as you may miss out on all.

Exam Structure

Exams are hectic.. mid semesters, live projects, group assignments, and all other tasks given to the students at the time of lectures. The exam pattern is unpredictable and there are certain things which are not even part of the sylabus but they are there in the exams.

The faculty is fine but the visiting faculty is brilliant. They are not available all the time but they provide abundance of knowledge to the students.

The Real Unbiased Truth of JIMS Kalkaji

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are average when compared with other B-schools of similar level. The companies which have visited so far for internships are mostly start ups like Wealth Blue and Outlook, but some other companies like ITC, Bajaj Capital and Coca Cola moon beverages have also come on campus. The highest stipend promised so far is 15,000 for 3 months or 10,000 per month for 2 months. A lot of students are yet to be placed, both for final and summer placements. My plan is also to get a job post my PGDM.

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. The placement is good in sales and finance department. Most of the companies comes for sales and Management. You can also offer for the finance.

Good opportunity in JIMS

Placement Experience:

From 4th trimester onwards that if from August onwards after coming back from 3 months summer internships, companies come for placements and students can apply to the companies. The companies that visited campus are DELOITTE, KPMG, ACCENTURE,TCS, RANDSTAD,ICICI,SBI, MOTILAL OSWAL, BAJAJ, ASIAN PAINTS, ADITYA BIRLA, BLACKROCK, GRIDLINES etc. and many more. The highest package of our batch went for 24 lakhs( Oman based company) , average went around- 7-8 lakhs , lowest - 4.5-5 lakhs. Profiles offered- Sales head, operational manager, Deputy branch manager, Junior Analyst, Analyst, HR - talent acquisition team , underwriting team etc. Right now more than 80% of students have gotten placed and rest are in the placement process which will be till April. I have been placed in ICICI LOMBARD for Underwriting and Claims process and will be joining the company soon.

As i score 66%ile in CAT so when i applied for FOSTIIMA i was in normal batch not in elite one. But if you score less than 65%ile in CAT so you have to give FBSAT an Enterance Exam of fostiima and after that you will be selected if you scored well...Read More

Best college in Delhi for MBA students
