Remarks
The course required us to take CAT examination and score a minimum percentile in each section to be eligible for admissions. The application was separate from CAP process and required us to pay 1000 Rs. I didn't avail any reservation.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I am pretty much interested in Management and I would like to explore this field further. Student to faculty ratio is good. All the faculty members have Phd degree from reputed IIMs. Exams are held twice per term.
Internships Opportunities
Summer internships are also pretty good for the students. Many big companies like Dalmia, Haldirams, RBI etc visit our campus. The average stilend is around 50000 and the highest stipend is around 1.75 lakhs.
Placement Experience
There are 2 rounds of placements namely Summer placements and Final placements. There are lot of big companies that visit our campus namely Xiaomi, Browser Stack, etc. The highest package is 18 lakhs and average is around 12 lakhs.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees hike usually happens every year and is usually around Rs 1 lakh to 1.5 lakhs. There are scholarships for meritorious students and also based on merit cum means. There is no stipend on campus but you can get live projects.
Campus Life
Campus life is pretty chill with lots of events happening every month. We have an annual fest named Aarunya as well as an Annual sports fest called Kritansh. Classrooms have all basic amenities and also there are many clubs and committees.
Hostel Facilities
The registration was pretty smooth. The hostel is situated near Amritsar airport in the blessing city. The hostels are pretty large with all the basic amenities and are quite affordable as well. The hostel menu is also very diverse.
