One of the few colleges that offers decent placements

At the beginning of my admission, I had a personal interview with the hod of cse department. He asked me questions about my previous education, my goals, and how I am going to cope with the academic pressure. After the interview, he told us that my admission to the college is approved. Later I had to submit all my 10th and 12th certificates. This was my admission process

I chose Computer science.The main reason for choosing computer Science is because my main goal is to become a software developer and as i came to know that the software industry is in a boom, i wanted to make use of that. The student faculty ratio is 50:1. The faculty is very well experienced and they have either done Mtech or Phd in their field. The faculty is always available to clear our doubts and they even go as far as providing extra resources for the students to excel. The exams in our college are three types: weekly tests and mid exams and semester exams. Weekly exam marks and mid exam marks are added to the final semester score.

We don't have on-campus internship opportunities but if a students from our college gets an internship, the college management supports the student in a lot of ways like they give the student free attendence so that the student doesn't have to worry about his attendance percentage during his internship period

Students are eligible for attending campus placements once they come to 3-2. In our college, many students(around 50)got placed in MNCs like Amazon and Cisco. The average package offered to students is 5lakhs per annum and the percentage of students that were placed for the academic year 2022 is 80%

The college fee is 54000 per year and there are other additional fees like the CRT fee which is for providing training for placements. When it comes to scholarships, I didn't get any but some of my friends were able to get full scholarships under a new state govt scheme

We have a lot of fests conducted in our college. The biggest one is Yuvtarang. We also have a lot of technical fests like VISTA. As far as the college infrastructure goes, we have a nice sports ground and we also have s huge Library where many different kinds of books are available. We also have clubs like ACM,OSC and GFG in our college

I didn't prepare for the admission process because there was only one round prior to receiving admission which is the personal interview round. And in the personal interview round, they only ask questions about previous education, academic record, and all that. So special preparation for this isnt required.
