Internship Opportunities

Application form was available online .Admission process was quite easy .There was an online councelling of upsee .You lock your preferred choices of field or fields and if available they are alloted to you. Else you have to go the next round of councelling.

I am studying Computer Science and engineering which is one of the most popular fields right now in the industry .It provides better placement and entry into corporate world is easy through it . The faculty is good .They are quite qualified .Some are from IIts .The teaching method used here is cource outcome based . In terms of exams it becomes a little hectic if you don't study regularly .There are 3 sessionals and 1 end sem exam .But passing them is quite easy .

Internships offered by college alone are very less. The student need to study and work on his own to get an internship . Applying for internship can be a lot easier if you have supervision of a Senior . From Second Year ,you need to work on certain projects according to your particular fields called Mini-Projects .They are mandatory and are rewarded with marks in end sem .

The college provides nice placement if you have good knowledge about the subjects and coding etc .The highest package could be 40 lpa but its is mostly given to girls by Adobe .The average package is around 5 . Mostly everybody is placed in CSE and IT , who have given even a little care to the placements .But the package could be very low .For better placements you need to go for off-campus placements. Companies visiting the college are Samsung,TCS,Wipro and sometimes Amazon .Some other companies also come .

The fee is around 130K yearly. There are also seats of fee waiver which you need to apply for at the time of allotment of fields. The Government provides scholarships and the college is cooperative in filling the form for it if you meet the requirements for it .

Campus life is nice . There are tons of societies which you can join based on your talents. The most popular societies include the NCS, DSC, MMIL, and Quanta. Illuminati and verve are also very good. The annual fest is called Silicon .It is conducted from around Feb to April. Tbh It is one of the best things you will be part of while you are in college. It's not that good like other colleges' fest, but it is quite something. There are lots of tech fests and workshops of Societies.
