FMS

The first step is to appear for CAT exam, which is one of toughest exam to crack. You need a very good percentile to qualify for the interview round. A composite score is calculated based on the cat score. The application for FMS can be found in the official website of the college, Fms.edu.the admission processes pretty well structured and does not any improvement.

The faculty members are highly experienced with notable names in the industry. The ratio is almost 1:15, not very sure. All the professors are phd holders with vast experience in the industry as well. Case based learning is the focus. The academics is very rigorous with a lot of practical learning. Exams are conducted twice every year and are pretty difficult to crack.

There are many organizations offering internship opportunities in FMS. Marketing roles are offer my companies like HUL, reckkit, loreal etc, consulting jobs are offered by Accenture, bain , BCG etc. Finance and prod man roles are offered by Microsoft, google, stand, white oak capital etc.

Both Summer placement and final placement are conducted. Reputed organizations like tata, reliance, bcg , bain and HUl etc participate in the process. The average compensation of summer internship is around 2.7 lakhs for 2 months and the average package is around 26 LPA.

The fee for the per arm is 48000. There are also additional fees to pay to the student body which is around 40000. The examination fee is separate and is around 2000. The hostel is not available to everyone.

There are a lot of clubs that come under MSA. MSA is a management science association. There are clubs like consulting, marketing, finance, Human resources and systems and operation which help in interview preparation and to develop other required industry skills.

There was no gd, there was an extempore with topics ranging from abstract to current affairs. The extempore is 1 min long and the topic will be given 10 seconds before it. Other than this there is a personal interview round.
