Remarks

I get my college through reap 2021 counselling. On the basis of jee percentile. I have got 86 percentile in jee main and I applied for reap counselling first I got jecrc but I didn't join it. But after some days I get a call from Poornima college they tell me that you get a special seat and the fee is only 30000. Becoz my parent's income is less than 8 lakh.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose computer engineering because I love it. Faculty student ratio is around 1:30. Teachers are good, they teach in a very cool way they are lenient to students. If you were suffering from backlog they will help you how to find the way out. Exams were taken on a regular basis. Exams are not much that difficult.

Fees and Financial Aid

My fees are only 30000 per year because my parent's salary is less than 8 lakh per year. This is also like a scholarship for ecomically backward persons. The placements are average. The college had an average pakage of around 4.5 lakh.

Campus Life

Aarohan is a fest of my college it is average. All types of books are available at the library. Sports is not up to mark there are not that many intercollege tournaments. Poornima star is a page run by my seniors on Instagram. Life at the campus is very good because you have so many friends to chill with within the hostel.

Hostel Facilities

I had to share my room with 1 person. The room is average there is one bed and one almirah and one table for study for one person. The hostel is very much affordable you have to pay 90k per year. If you rent pg nearby it will cost around the same but you can't enjoy that much like in hostels.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Placement Experience:

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.
