Umesh Chandra College of Commerce

The first thing you do look for in a college is the level of teaching and it's campus placement. Umesh Chandra is famous for both and is among the top 10 colleges in both aspects. Admission is given to students from the science and commerce stream who wants to do graduation in commerce and have scored cutoff percentage marks which are decided on the basis of application. Application form to be filled online while fees can be paid online as well as offline. As all the other college's seat is being reserved for scheduled quota students. I just want this reservation system to be reduced from our college.

I want to get a Postgraduate degree and get a good job so I chose this course. There are 60 teachers being alloted in the college so the college with discipline and punctuality. The teachers are highly qualified professionals and well experienced in solving every doubt of students. The term exams are held semester wise which is quite easy to pass.

Students from the 5th semester get eligible for campus placement. Companies like Tcs Indian bulls visit our college for campus. Average placement is around 5 lacs with the lowest of 1.4 lacs and the highest of 12 lacs per Annum . around 60% of students get placement from college campus. I want to become a Chartered Accountant in future.

The college charges fees which is affordable for all. Fees is also being reduced for the schedule caste students and students having low gross total income. Scholarship programmes are being organised in our college on the basis of academic as well as sports performance.

The annual fest is not being organised by our college. And if it's is organised hardly in 3-4 year or such. The college has a library and it's has books on large no of topics. The classroom in our college are very old although they are newly painted but it's clean and sanitised. Sports activities like cricket basketball are being organised in our college. The college has its own website.
