Remarks
Situated just after the Central Avenue stoppage college street as the name suggests is surrounded by colleges and the best among them for commerce students is Umesh Chandra College taking admission of Hs to pass out candidates with more than 50% marks. Application forms can be downloaded through the college website and fees can be paid online as well as offline. the best thing about college is that there is no reservations system.
Course Curriculum Overview
I want to hold a Docterate degree in future so I chose this course. The teachers and students ratio is 1:60 and there are around 50 teachers which don't create a chaos in college. The teachers are highly qualified and well experienced. They solve each and every doubt regarding the topic. The term exam are held semester wise every six months which is easy to pass.
Placement Experience
Students in their final year are eligible for campus placement where students with good marks are appointed by big industries like Tcs PNB etc where the average placement is around 5 lacs with the highest of 12 lacs per annum. I also want to get a good job after getting the degree so I can fulfill all my parents dream.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees is being reduced for the poor students in our college so that they can also afford to study. Scholarship and financial assistance schemes are introduced by our college every year for the meritious students but they have to fill out an application form meeting the eligibility criteria and after revewal of application they are given a scholarship.
Campus Life
The annual fest is held in the winter season every year in our college and our college Salt Lake campus also takes part in it. The college library is large with book on different topics. Sports and extra curricular activities like cricket hockey badminton are held in our college. Our college maintain its own website.
