There are two eligibility criteria for admission 1st one is as usual 10+2 PCM +Gujcet exam entry and 2nd one is Diploma to a degree. Students have to complete their 10+2 with Mathematics and appear in the Gujcet exam and go through acpc counseling and 2nd option is to complete a diploma and go through ACPC and get admitted in the 3rd sem. Every year after the 12th examination GSEB organizes the Gujcet exam and then Acpc forms are launched and then students have to fill their choice and wait for results. Students from reservation criteria are provided with cutoff relaxation. The entire admission process is online and best.

Our college has NCC Navy and fest faculty for teaching. There are more than 3-4 faculties for each subject and that also most of the teachers are Ph.D. holders. We have to appear for 2exams every semister 1st exam is mid sem and the other is the end of sem which is organized by GTU. Students who fail in mindset have to appear in mid sem remedial. The level of examinations are moderate and easy to clear for students who study regularly.

GTU provides internships to 5th sem students during their summer vacation and 8th sem student have to go for full-time internships. Students who don't want to go for internships can go for projects. Our seniors have made the Solar panel clearer machine under SSIP.

Students of the 8th semister are eligible for college placements. Students have to complete their all subjects before the 7th sem and in the 8th sem just have to work on a project or else go for an internship to get a job and degree. Students with Good academic records and practical knowledge get placement in companies like TCS, etc. Moreover our college focus more on startups and provide ssip fund to students with innovative ideas. I planed to appear in SSB and serve the Indian armed forces after completing my degree.

There are no fees hikes we just have to pay 1500 per year. Students from backward cast and economical weaker section get scholarships more than they pay fees. Girls have to pay zero tuition fees for the entire course. Students have to pay examination fees to GTU around 800-1000 for every end semister exam. During covid situations university also conducted Online exams.

Every year GECRajkot organizes Teach fest named Brezinger which is the bigger tech fest in the entire Saurashtra and 2nd biggest tech fest in entire Gujrat. Students from different colleges and universities participate in this fest. Spots facility is very poor at college, there is only one ground in entire college and that also only for boys, girls are not allowed there. Our college runs different groups and clubs. Youth bridge, code chef, coders for electronics are the major groups run by students and NCC and NSS are government groups.
