The overall experience in admission was very smooth and quick. They updated us about rounds afters shortlisting via email. Then we had interviews based on our application form and all the educational certificates were attached with our application for verification.
Course Curriculum Overview
The students in finance concentration are less compared to taking marketing concentrations. The teachers take a practical approach to teaching abiding by the modern-day curriculum, updated course outline. The exam levels are medium to high. For passing the exam, we need to thoroughly study over the whole course.
Internships Opportunities
Huge learning opportunities are there in internships, a maximum of them this year were unpaid. The main focus of internship programs was learning not earnings. There are several companies like Dabur, Coco-Cola, Kantar( Paid) Tata Steel, etc.
Placement Experience
Our placement team is very active regarding placement processes. We had Career seminars to brush up on our knowledge before placements. We need to have minimum 3.57 CQPI for placement out of 8.Within 2 months of our placement processes starting,20 students out of 59 are already being placed. Highest package till now is 17 lac p.a, lowest is around 5 lac p.a
Fees and Financial Aid
I did two internships in my college phase. One based on finance( Bangalore) another on market research ( based on Canada). As the placement procedures started I cracked the 4 round interview of EY GDS.
Campus Life
There are many clubs for students headed by club captains. I am personally one of the captains of Finance Club (Fincorp). We have other clubs for Marketing ( Ambit), Quiz( Delphi) , HR(Bee-Hive), and many more.
