A college With Good Education

To get admission into B.tech you should have completed 10+2 with at least 45% and maths, physics, and chemistry as compulsory subjects. After fulfilling these requirements I applied for the Ts Eamcet entrance test in which I scored 50k rank. According to your rank, you will be allotted a seat in the college . The eamcet application process can be done on its website and the registration fee is Rs 800. People from the reservation category can get fee reductions. The cut-off to qualify for Eamcet is 25% which means you should secure 40 marks in the test.

In this course, we will learn a lot of new things about computers, Data science, New technology, and many more things. I chose B.tech because I want to be a software engineer and work for big tech companies. The old faculty at VITS is very good and highly experienced but there are some new lecturers who don't teach well they are mostly absent from classes. The faculty-student ratio is 1:50 which I think is somewhat less but it is manageable. The lecturers are mostly M.tech passed outs and out good teaching methods for easily understanding concepts.mid terms exams are held on time and are somewhat hard to pass.

The fees For b.tech at VITS is around 58000 per year but we can pay in installments if someone is unable to pay it on time due to any financial problems. Other than that if you are from a minority caste-like Bc-e, Obc or Sc/St you can apply for the Telangana minority scholarship scheme where your total course fees up to 45000 per year will be paid by the government. You can apply for the scholarship on NSP or Epass Website. The college will not provide any financial assistance. No jobs are available on the campus you have to search it outside.

To be honest the campus life At VITS is not too good or too bad either. It has some pretty decent Infrastructure and the college area is very small so there are no playgrounds. We had to go outside the campus for any extra-curriculum activities. There are a lot of electricity problems in the college. some times there is no water available in the taps. The library is good all the books are available anytime. Not many fests happen in the college only once a year but it is very enjoyable. In Classroom, the benches are not good.
