College Review

The eligibility for the course now is jee mains. You've to apply for jee mains which is conducted 4 times a year. The application form fee is 600 rs. And is conducted in January, February, March, and April ( usually). Reservation is there in admission ( Gen ews, obc, sc,st) . The admission process is smooth here.

My rank was 201 in Upsee ( till last year admissions were done on the basis of your rank in upsee) so this was the best course provided by AKTU. That's why I chose this course. The faculty student ratio is good enough. There are many professors and are very qualified. Most of them are PhDs. Their teaching method is good. Two CTs( class tests) and one end semester exam in each semester. This is an autonomous institution so exams are held in the college itself. So it's not so difficult to pass.

Nowadays Students are even getting internships from Google. One of my seniors got the STEP internship from google and many other internships in top companies like media.net but these have no role of this college. But they really work hard and apply for off-campus. Seniors help us regarding the projects etc.

After the third-year students are eligible for campus placements. In tech branches the percentage of placements is good. In core branches, placements are not that good but there's good scope in the gate, cat, etc. Companies like: Paytm and Adobe visited the campus. Almost 90% get placed in tech branches. I'll go with the campus placement or off-campus placement.

The fee is very minimal in this college. The institution fee is 89775 for the first year and 84775 for the next 3 years. The hostel and mess fee is 14000 annually and 17000 per semester. There is a scholarship called " UP post-matric scholarship" for economically weaker students. The campus placement percentage for the course is very good.

There are many fests in this college. Some of them are branch-specific and one annual fest "ENCORE" . It's conducted during November or December. Social life is good here. There are enough books and journals in the library. There is a good scope of sports as there are organized zonal sports by AKTU. Our college participates in this sports event. Moreover, there are so many clubs like a fractal: for coding, insaniax: for dancers, swaranjali: for singers.

In the first year, there are 3 students in a room, in the second year 2 students, and in 3rd year and final year 1 Student per room. A cupboard, a table, and a chair are provided in a room. Meal quality is good and there is a different meal on each day of the week. The registration process is very simple just go and complete the formalities. And you are good to go now. There are many apartments near college for PGs.
