Remarks
The eligibility of the course is 50% in class 12 boards. The application form is available online on the college website. There is a student quota for Gujarati students. The admission process was smooth and easy.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because BBA gives a lot of exposure to the corporate world. The faculty-to-student ratio is healthy at almost 1:30. The teachers are all highly educated and they have done PhDs and m.phils. Their teaching methods are easy to understand and they patiently explain all the topics of the syllabus. The semester exams are taken after every 6 months. It is very easy and not at all difficult to score marks because the teachers are very helpful and provide all notes and study materials.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like HDFc, Deloitte, PWC, Ajanta, ITC hotels come to the college to provide internship and job opportunities. The internships provide a lot of experience to the students. I was offered a sales and marketing internship by Ajanta shoes. The job role was to do a market survey and analysis of the market competition in the outskirts of the city. The job roles provided are in sales, marketing, accounting, digital marketing, and content marketing, etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees increase is very nominal and the fee structure is 30,000 per semester. There is a scholarship for students and financial assistance provided to the students. The college provides internships and jobs to the students. The stipend for an internship is more than 5000.
Campus Life
The name of the college fest is Umang. We participate in Umang and there are all types of activities to participate in. The BBA department also organizes a fest known as the Bonfire, which is an intra-college f est. We are all encouraged to participate in fests because it helps build one's personality and develop knowledge. The college library is very much stocked with all kinds of books. We did not have to buy any books from outside. The college library was enough to provide us with books of all semesters. The classrooms are large, spacious, inbuilt air-conditioned. The classrooms are extremely clean. The infrastructure of the college is A class. Students participate in sports tournaments and the college conducts sports tournaments such as cricket, football, and indoor sports such as dart, table tennis, etc. There are singing, dancing, recitation groups in the college. There is an Instagram handle of BESC run by the students.
