Yes for admission you have to take part in counseling which is held after jee examination. Jee entrance exam is necessary for the admission process, and there are mark criteria for different branches. According to your marks in jee and in your higher secondary exams, the branches are provided to you. Application form, application fee everything you want to know about, you can visit the official website of the college. And about reservation benefits, im not sure. But yes you can win scholarships by getting good scores in your academics. This is one of the most prestigious colleges in Madhya Pradesh and as it is an autonomous college, the admission process is not much complicated.

I got admission in Electronics and Communication branch as per my marks. This branch is quite good for those who want to make their carrier in IT sector as well as in some government core companies like BSNL, DRDO, ISRO, and so on. The door is open for them both sides. The faculty: student ratio is 70:30. Most of the faculty members you find are either M.Tech or Ph.D. The faculties here are very warm and supportive. If you are facing any problem in you academics and project-related issue, you can easily look forward to them , they will definitely help you. And about midterms, there will be three mid-terms in one semester after every one or two months. The level of exam is moderate, you can easily pass the test if you are regularly attending the classes.

Many internships are also present right now like one is from IBM. And you will find it from time to time by training and placement cell. Students made their projects in their third and final year which we termed as minor and major projects.

If you are doing B.tech, then you can sit in campus placements in your final year. There are a lot of companies that visited this year like airtel, Infosys, IBM, Capgemini, Deloitte, TCS, Vodafone, persistent, Wipro, and many more. Many companies take students in bulk. The highest package this year i think 12 to 15 lpa and if i talk about average then you can say 5 LPA. And i think 60% of students approx already get placed.

As this is an autonomous college, the fee is not so much. Currently, I'm a final year student and my fee is 23635 rupee per year. Scholarships are provided by the college, but for that, there is some criteria which you can check on official website of it rgpv.And about campus placements, the placement ratio is quite good here.

Convolution is an annual tech festival which generally organizes in February. And except this many other events also organizes time to time. And there is a huge library in the campus where students can find any books related to their course and other courses also. The library is very well organized and provides a very good environment for studying. Amenities are good. And yes there is also some sports activities organized once a year . There are a lot of clubs you will find like music , sports, drama and so on.

The hostel of UIT RGPV is so good. Trust me if you are a student there you should at least spend one year in the hostel. The room is so good and hostel is very clean and hygenic. And the mess is sometimes good sometimes bad, depends. Mess menu is according to students who like what they prefer. The registration process is easy like you have to apply for the hostel by filling a form during your admission process and after this the hostel room will be alloted to you.
