Remarks
The admission Process were easy, you just need to meet the eligibility requirements. Since I applied for a UG degree in computer sciences, the course qualifications were kept up to the standard. All the information such as the application form, fees, application dates, syllabus, etc. can be found on the college website. An entrance test known as Shri Vaishnav Entrance Test (SVET), is taken to check the basic knowledge of the applicants. The test consists of mainly three subjects i.e. mathematics, general science, and English. Once you pass the test, you simply need to provide the necessary documents, and then you are a college student. For any admission queries you can always contact the helpdesk, and they help you for sure.
Course Curriculum Overview
Computer Science is a world-leading field and provides you with a sea of opportunities, and that is what I am learning in my college. The Teachers at SVVV are highly qualified and each has their own way of teaching which is preferred by all the students. But the faculty-student ratio is not satisfactory.
Internships Opportunities
I am a fresher in college, but according to my seniors, there are always many places open for internships for providing work experience all throughout the year, in which you can apply and also earn some stipend.
Placement Experience
SVVV provides wonderful campus placements for which you become eligible in the 7th and 8th semesters. Many companies even the highly desired MNC companies like TCS, IBM, HCL, Cognizant, Wipro, etc. Come for recruiting talented individuals.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is decent, not too high but not too low as well. You also get scholarships and financial assistance in many ways which can help you in paying a portion of your study cost. But you must find ways to make money while you study, this can help you with your other expenses such as hanging out with friends and your study accessories.
Campus Life
Life at campus cannot be expressed in just some words, it is a feeling you get when you are hanging out with your friend circle, going together to the cafeteria, bunking lectures, going on college organized trips. It's the best part of your college life. You make sweet and sour memories here and then discuss them your whole life. There are many clubs which you can be a part of and show your skills such as photography, singing, dancing, acting, etc. A decent but not too massive library where you can find all kinds of books related to your courses. There are basketball courts and a large ground for football and other outdoor sports.
