holkar college experience

The admission process in Holkar science college is through a merit list. For which you have to apply through mpepravesh website for counseling of college and course. The cut-off in Holkar college is quite high in comparison to other colleges because of its popularity and high value. I got my admission in the 3rd round the clc one, my percentage in class 12th was 82.2 percent, my course was BSc botany, and also there are vocational courses available from this year which very beneficiary for students, And after taking admission the student can go college and submit the necessary documents which confirm their admission.

I choose BSc botany with a minor in zoology and open elective computer science ( multimedia and animation) and also there is a vocational course available for students from this year which is beneficial for them, I opted for digital marketing due to its high demand. And also there are 20+ BSc courses in Holkar college so the students can choose courses according to their interests. And now from this year, the college is providing 4 years BSc but it depends upon the student if he wants to do 3 years BSc Or does 4 years BSc honor in the course. The students in my class were 138 and the faculty of the college are helpful but not all are with the kind nature, and also they are very qualified and experienced. Exams are happening twice a year per semester with a credit system from this year with a new education policy.

The fees structure of my course is 8400 And also I am taking benefit of mmjky scholarship so I don't have to pay any fees. And other students also who are coming in mmmvy Or mmjky does not have to pay any fees except for the 1000 rs which every student had to pay during admission time to confirm their seats. Students from sc st are also getting benefits from the post-matric scholarships. Also, there is awas scholarship available for out-of-town students.

The infrastructure of my college is not that attractive because it is government and very old and also new buildings are processed in college but although it's very divided into new and old blocks So students may not like the infrastructure but overall everything is good. Since I am new admission I have no knowledge about the annual festival, But there are sports competitions and cultural programs every year for students. There are social groups nss the student can join if they are interested. And the atmosphere of the college is quite good.
