Classroom lectures are a lot help when you study carefully in the class, there are marks for class participation. In short, JKBS helped me groom a lot and made me corporate ready.

To get into this college, the criteria is very simple you just need to show them a valid score of XAT, MAT or CAT, I appeared for CAT and got 39.8 percentile but they don't require any kind of percentile, you just have to appear for the tests and other requirements are the 12th pass certificate and graduation marks. Then if you are eligible you are called for GD and interview.`

Concepts taught in this course are Digital marketing, Big Data analytics, Finance, Human resource management, accountancy, marketing strategies, research and development, consumer product, international markets.

College provides assistance as it conducts processes regarding the internship for students. Internship is an integral part as it gives you a gist of the corporate world and guides you to more conceptual clarity. We are even offered a small amount of stipend for these internships and some good companies come to the college for hiring interns.

I got an opportunity to work with a leading MNC and the placements are based on the profile you have worked on as an intern. It was after so many companies I applied for I finally got a call in January while some of my friends were placed in November only. The packages offered are not that high but we get paid enough to start our corporate life

Events that take place at JKBS are so many that I have even lost a count, but recently we celebrated Ethnic Day and all the students dressed up in Indian avatars and looked stunning. Apart from this we also have educational tours we are so fun as we visited surajkund recently.

Fees for the course is 5,00,000 in total which includes tution fee, and other charges, 10,000 more is paid as a security which we get back after the successful completion of the course. The fees is paid in installments every semester and a draft is to be made everytime.

Loan facility is available to the students, and there is a scholarship test which has to be cleared with maximum marks in order to get the scholarship, the amount for the same lies between 45,000-50,000 somewhere.

So many things to explore in the campus only like the state of art- Library, sports ground, seminar hall where all of the meetings take place, auditorium where the events like freshers happen and the best part canteen where the food is yum and we hang out there only after lectures.

The hostel is located near the campus and the rooms are beautiful with a theme on the walls. There are seperate hostels for girls and boys. Girls can go to the boys hostel and vice versa at day time and not after 8 pm.

We could not but my friend who is in the Alumni Committee got to meet the seniors and interact with them in the Alumni meet, she told us about the alumni of our college who are placed in such big companies.

There are internals like tests, quizzes, class participation, group live projects, assignments and then there are exams which are very hectic as we have to give two exams in every alternate day, like on Monday we have digital marketing and consumer behaviour and next day we have business ethics and then we have international markets and business analytics on the same day and this goes on for a week.

Faculty is very innovative when it comes to teaching but they are not available most of the time as they have lectures going on all day, they are very strict when it comes to marking the students on their internals, once a teacher forgot to give me internals which carried 10 marks and it got uploaded on SIS because of her I had to suffer.
