Remarks

I took the CAT exam in 2020 and secured the 99.78 percentile. The admission process for IIMC is similar to other top IIMs. So, you have to fill CAT registration form. After I was shortlisted for the admission process, we had to go through WAT. The process was online due to the covid situation. After WAT we had an interview round. My interview was taken by a panel of three members and it revolved around my Work ex.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am currently in my first year and I am doing a Regular MBA course. The core curriculum of MBA focuses on developing essential skills and knowledge in areas of economics, marketing, and sales, Product Management, Finance, organizational Behavior, etc. The faculty-student ratio is really good here with 1:20. The teaching method is excellent with real-world problem solving and examples from different businesses. Regular tests/quiz happen which helps students to focus regularly on academics and it is easy to pass if you focus properly on Academics

Internships Opportunities

IIMC has good summer placements which were concluded in almost a week's time. Most of the jobs were given in consulting and IT sectors followed by BFSI. Around 150 companies participated this year giving an average stipend of 1.25 lakh.

Placement Experience

College Placements are really good when it comes to IIMC. IIMC achieved 100 percent placements this year as well. There were around 170 recruiters offering around 500 jobs to students. Highest domestic CTC of 60 lakhs and the average CTC of 28 lakhs. Consulting and IT had the maximum jobs this year followed by BFSI and general management.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for 2-year regular MBA course is about 23 Lakh. IIMC offers scholarships to deserving students. Some of them are OP Jindal, Aditya Birla group scholarship. Placements at IIMC are one of the best in the industry.

Campus Life

IIMC has a very beautiful campus and nice hostels. The social life here is really good with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. The campus infrastructure is really nice and green. There are different clubs and committees in IIMC for cultural, sports, economics, finance, MARKETING, Extracurricular etc. IIMC also provides an international exchange program with around 90-100 students in ASIA pacific, Europe etc

Placement Experience:

The placement record in my college is preety good. 80-90% students are already placed this year. Average package is around 9.5lpa. Companies like ICICI, KPMG, PWC, Vedanta, Mother Dairy and so many are coming for recuiting students.

Placement is a race here. Handfull of good companies with good roles will come but they take good chunk of students. So be prepare for that and don't worry about getting good companies, here many companies offers better packages than those good companies.

Placements are good sometimes but not exactly sure because some batches are not placed somes are placed or somes are not then they trying to get placement for own if i talk about the percentage of placement then i would say 60% not 100%,for 3rd semester students are eligible for placement & one terms is here that is 75% attendance is mandatory for getting placement, i have visited 3-4 companies & they offer 3.7-4 lpa package,my plan after getting the degree, firstly i looking for a company around 4-5lpa package then i started to develop my self

Honest Review of BIBS

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course only because of our HOD, but after completing my course, he left the course. He has helped us with all the things like web development and seo skills. By doing it practically for every student, he offers a domain for every student. I had difficulty with Google Ads & meta ads because it was taught by another faculty. The exam times were different by 3 months.

Placement Experience:

Till now I am seeing in my own eyes that in previous year, there is a 270 student in marketing and now right now the 15 student left to place and rest of the team are already placed to a many companies like ENYF Flipkart in Bandan Bank ICICI bank in a mini sector in FMCG also and FMCT also, but and retail, but I told that the ratio of placement is too higher than other college and also giving the good package is. The main thing with the job rule should be maintain the package.

Last semester students become eligible for campus placements. Name of the companies visited - TCS, WIPRO, MICROSOFT, TATA, IBM , AMAZON etc. 51,00,000/yr highest package and average package 5,50,000 as per company and profiles offered. 97% students are getting placements. My plans start a business after getting the degree.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from the fifth term. 300+ companies visit the campus to recruit 500 students. The highest package is 70LPA and the Average package is 20LPA. 100% placements. after getting the degree students will join the recruited companies.

The eligibility for this course is having a bachelor's degree with minimum of 55% of marks and then the cut off for CAT exam varies from student to student. They calculate the composite scores for every student considering different factors like academic background, work experience, gender diversity, past academics, etc. I would recommend that the institute should have a fair shortlisting criteria which should be disclosed to everyone because I saw people topping the CAT exam still not getting calls from institute because of their strict criteria especially for general engineer male....Read More
