IF you are from Karnaka then you have to give KCET other than that outside Karnataka students will have to give COMEDK . Eligibility of the ISE course is just PCM in 12th . After giving any exam, according to your rank you will get branches in this College.
Course Curriculum Overview
I had an interest in information science so I choose this branch. The faculty is nice. There is a good number of teachers in college. They teach either onboard or on the projector. Also, they use the English language to teach.
Internships Opportunities
In JSS academy of technical education, Bangalore, there are internship oppurtunites. There is also ppo (Pre placement offer) in college. If the company likes your work then you will get ppo. Then you dont have to go to thier placement test.
Placement Experience
By the end of the 6th semester, you are eligible for placements. Many good companies come here like amazon etc. Highest package is around 43 lacs and average for all branches is around 4 lacs. Most students get placed and some opt for higher studies.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees here in Jss academy of technical education is around 125000 and hostel and mess fee is 83000 in total for 1 year. After 1st year your hostel and mess fee will be reduced to 72000 only. The hostel is also good.
Campus Life
There is an annual fest named VERVE in Jssateb. For covid only it does not happen last year. But it is one of the good fests in colleges in Bangalore. The library is average. Classrooms are spacious with 1 board and a projector.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel in Jssateb is nice. It is not on campus. It is the opposite of college. There is 2 type of rooms. 1 sharing and 3 sharing only. In-room you will get a chair, table, bed(no mattress). Also, they provide Wifi but it is not good. Hostel timing for boys is 10 pm. The food here in the mess is decent. It is Veg only. Mess and Hostel charges are around 83k.
