Remarks
Admission in the Indore institute is quite an easy process, you can go there and submit the documents, the 12th passing result, and if jee scores you can submit that also which may be beneficial in counseling. You can choose your branch before and meet HOD directly for admission and get counseling or you can also ask them for general counseling for the selection of branch. And the guide/the Hod will help you throughout the whole admission process.
Course Curriculum Overview
My course is bachelor's of technology in electronics and communication. I was very much interested in the world of electronics and communication and robotics. And as an EC engineer with it's core companies is also applicable for IT/software companies I choose Electronics and communication. One more thing which made me sure to choose EC as my branch was HOD. He is very good as a person and knowledgeable as a teacher. You talked to me, counseled me, and told me the pros and cons of b.tech in EC. Faculties here are very supportive and are ready to help many times.
Internships Opportunities
College provides internships at the campus for a week, in which it gives the basic knowledge and hands-on practical if required. We can apply on our own for an internship from outside or any company. The college will permit you to complete your internship.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for placements from the 7th semester. Generally on campus drives I have seen till now offers package from 2.5Lpa to 15 lpa, companies visited our College are daffodils, new vision software, xoriant, consultadd, deltax and more. We get chance to sit in tech as well as non-tech companies. We are allowed to sit in more than one companies, and can appear in as many companies as we want even after getting offer letter from on company. But the struggle is yours, you have to gain skills to get placed. We are also eligible to sit in MNC's like tcs, Wipro, tech mahindra, Capgemini.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for our batch was 60,000 tuition fee+ 14,000 facility fee, facility fee is the fee charged every year for providing facilities such as sig's, Library, infrastructure . Bus fee is optional, if you opt for bus facility you are charged bus fee accordingly. And for my batch as of I know, there was a scholarship scheme, the students were given scholar(or deduction in tuition fee) according to the scores of 12th standard or if they are any state level/National level sports player. Then the scholar is given on the basis of CGPA scored in university exam.
Campus Life
Life at the campus is good, there are different clubs like robotics club, dance club,music club, literally club, trekking club etc. Students can join this club and participate in the activities organized or performed by this clubs. We have library in which almost all the academic books are available for study and we can issue 8 books at time for studies so we don't have to buy books we can issue them from Library. Intra College Sports competition is also held as well as students also get chance to represent College in nodals.
