Adamas University in my view

Applicants have to get 50% marks in a Higher Secondary or equivalent exam. Admission tests are held in May. The cutoff mark is 45%. Applicants can get all details of admission like the application form, application fees of different courses, application dates from the Adamas University official website.

Each year is divided into 2 semesters. 75% attendance is a must for attending the exam. All the teachers here are very much supportive, interactive and are highly qualified. They always support us not only in our studies but also mentally. Not only in class time but we also abled to contact our teachers in other time when we needed. Our university had conducted online classes regularly maintaining a proper timetable like offline mode during pandemics. Teachers are taking our class just like face to face classes. They are providing us class notes, giving us assignments, taking our class tests to ensure our education. And if we face any problem, we are free to contact them.

Summer internship is included in the course structure. Students can do their internship from a different good institute. After completion of summer internship, presentation of the students' learning are taken by the University.

There are career development cell (CDC) for the placement of the students. The final year students are eligible to sit in placement. CDC provides different type of extra classes of soft skills, aptitude and domain languages etc to prepare its students for placement. 60% students (approximately) gets placements in different companies.

The fees structure of all courses is given on the Adamas University website. Scholarships like merit cum mean, chancellor scholarship etc l are given to encourage the students to keep excellent academic records.

The annual fest named ADINOVA is organised in the month of February each year. Besides ADINOVA, different type of programs is organised on Youth day, Durga Puja, Independence day etc. The availability of books and journals are good in the library. Different types of clubs (like Recitation, Music, Robotics, Writers, Acting etc )are here to encourage students in extracurricular activities. The facilities of different types of indoor and outdoor games, Yoga and Gym are also here.

Adamas University provides hostels to its students . Students can choose between AC and non AC room and between three, two and single bed rooms. All rooms are well furnished and ready with necessities for students. Hostel students are provided meal in Food Court. Foods are satisfactory and services are good.

The admission of all UG and PG programs are granted on the basis of the Adamas University Admission Test (AUAT) followed by evaluation of marks obtained in the qualifying examination. WBJEE and JEE main qualified candidates can also apply for admission to B. Tech and B. Pharm program.
