The Perfect and Honest review from a Student

The admission procedure was not difficult as there are entrance exams for different courses and some courses have counselling tests for admission. The test was based on the 12 portions. The eligibility requirement was PCB/PCM with 55% of the score in boards. The application form and other details can be known in the reception. No specific improvement was required as it was kind of easy.

This course has a wide scope in future as it covers biology, chemistry, microbiology and many more subjects. The student's faculty ratio is moderate as in India this point is not been examined well. The ratio would be around 1:20. Most of the faculty are PhD holders and with lots of experience. And have a decent study method. There are term exams conducted every 6 to 7 months span and it is not that difficult to pass.

There are no companies offering internships. There is been a talk and I hope students in the future have the opportunity of getting an internship. No specific projects have been made. But there are options of Paid Internships and Summer Research fellowships.

From the 5th semester, the students are eligible to apply for the placements provided by the department. Zifo, etc are companies available with an average package of 2,40,000 to 3,80,000 for freshers which is a decent package for a bachelor's degree. The % is low of people getting into placements. My plan is to fo a Master's degree to greater my knowledge.

The fees hike is not huge and considerable. There is a scholarship available for every course. But sometimes it may cause a delay so we should keep a check on the accounts section during the fees paying period. There are placements available but not very much and the acceptance rate is very less.

There are many fests conducted related to the festival. The library is one of the biggest advantages of the university with a huge collection of books. Sports and extracurricular activities are also given more importance as many students get to interact and perform at the state and national levels.

The rooms are very small to be honest, with the option of Single and double sharing. With a common table provided and proper cleaning service and restroom. The meal is difficult to review as people will get habitual for it, but don't have expectations comparing it to home food. The registration procedure is also moderate no stress but we should keep all documents ready.
