Remarks

Application and counseling are through online mode. You must have a minimum of 50 percent in your 12th public exam. You can find the application form and all other details In the college's admission portal On the website. Reservation for sports, physically challenged persons, Christians, etc are availed and the details are present on the website. The admission process is excellent and needs no change.

I chose this course for the ease of govt exam. The faculty and student ratio is well balanced. For odd and even semesters we have faculties allotted for the respective sem. The faculties have completed up to M. Phil or PhD. The teaching method is average some teachers teach the best. The exam pattern is in the form CA and it's easy to pass the sem through this method.

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are provided in the form of extra credit courses as well as for our benefits as an option without any credits. Even for the first years so, many internship opportunities are provided online.

Placement Experience

From ug 3rd year students are eligible for campus placements but the options here are very few. Several IT companies have visited but I don't know much about it. My plan after the degree is to get a govt job.

Fees and Financial Aid

It's really affordable and around 25000 per year. There are scholarship opportunities provided by the college and some trusts too. The scholarship will be provided for ug and pg first years. There are some placement options too.

Campus Life

The college has 1 library for each department and also a general library. The amenities in the classroom include a good special bench and other amenities are well maintained. Sportsperson has lots of opportunities to get trained and it's compulsory for them. There are many clubs run by the students themselves for each department and also for the entire college.

A College that builds knowledge,confidence and memories

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and relevant to current academic and real world needs,it hepls built astrong foundation knowledge especially in my field geography,the syllabus also supports preparation for competitive exams and higher education. Exams are conducted regularly and difficulties level is moderate,which helps in consistent preparation,however adding more practical assessments instead of only theoretical exams would be beneficial Overall the curriculum is good but it can be improved by including updated topics more hands on learning,and modern teaching methods

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses are well structured and interesting espcially the social psychology and basic psychology papers. in a semester there are 2 internal exams and they will be at least a month apart from each other. as long as you study your course materials, the exams are pretty easy however otherwise it might be a tough one. the courses are well structured espcially the social and basic psychology. and in some semesters, there will be a reading period where students are encourged to go and read in the Library.. The Curriculum served as a base for Internships and basic understanding but it is required to do masters to get a job in psychology filed

My experience at Women's Christian College

Placement Experience:

The placements at college were good. Students become eligible for placement from the 5th semester. Some of the companies to my knowledge were Deloitte, Cognizant, Hexaware and the average package was between 3lpa to 5lpa. In my class, ther percentage pf students placed was more than 75%. My plan after my Bachelors was to immediately pursue Masters degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This college is a famous one and it is studied by many higher officials. The faculty is very good and talented, students ratio is 500:900.
