Amidst Kolkata one of the most ancient college and reputed college takes admission of the Higher secondary passed out students from the commerce as well as science stream for Bcom Hons as well as General. Both the forms are available on the college website. One has to download the form fill required details and submit the hard copy along with the requisite fees to the college office for admission. 20% of seats are being reserved for scheduled caste students.
Course Curriculum Overview
I want to get diploma in Accounts so I decided to take up this course. There are 7 sections for both Hons and General and around 1200 students. The faculty is highly skilled and qualified and invent new teaching methods to make our concept more clear. The term exams ar held every six months. One internal and one external exam is taken. Students can pass based on their preperation.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for the campus in their final year. Large mnc and multinational corporates visit to hire students. The highest package is around 12 lacs with an average of 4 lacs per annum. Around 60% of students get placement. I want to become a Chartered Accountant in future.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees charged is being moderate as compared to other reputed colleges of Kolkata. Despite that college also provides interest-free concession loans for higher education. Financial assistance is also provided in the form of scholarships to meritious students.
Campus Life
The annual fest is held in the month of December every year on the college campus on the college ground. Our annual fest name is Utsav where celebrities also visit our college. There are a large no of books and journals in our library. The classroom is equipped with modern facilities like smart board speakers etc. Sports activities like cricket badminton football etc are held in our college. The college maintain its own website.
