Remarks

I have studied diploma after completion of the 10th standard. So I have to write the ECET exam for lateral entry in BTech. The admission process is done based on the rank of the ECET exam and as well as based reservation. I got 26th branch rank in Andhra Pradesh and my caste is BC_B. So, by considering these I got admission in Andhra University.

Course Curriculum Overview

Coming to faculty, there are professors and as well as scholars also, both of them teach well in English. And next exams are done according to the wish of the faculty sir/madam. And college infrastructure is also good. I choose CSE because now the future is digital.

Present now I am studying BTech 2nd year and I am a lateral entry. So, I don't know the correct information about campus placements and their packages. But our seniors said our colleges have the best placements with 10Lpa.

Fees and Financial Aid

Admission fees - 3000 Semester fees/ yearly fees - 10000 Hostel fees - 4250 College fees is paid by state government under the scheme of JVD(jagan anna vidya deevena). I think hostel fees are also paid by the state government under the scheme of Jagan anna vasthi deevena

Campus Life

In Andhra University there are so many groups and clubs to bring our talent out. There is an extracurricular activities club, English club, Google developers club, NCC, NSS, etc. The library is also available with all type of books which are in our academics. Timings for the library is 9:00 Am to 5:00 Pm Reading room is also available for reading, writing or preparing for your exams. Computes are also available in Library.

Hostel Facilities

I am a hosteler and present I am in Andhra University boys hostel Block 3. The hostel surroundings are very good. All blocks are covered with so many trees, it is very nice to see. Coming to facilities that are provided are : two persons have one room with light,fan, table, chair, bed(not for all). Food is also good but not better. If any AU student wants to join the hostel they have to go AU hostel warden office, and there they will tell procedure for joining the hostel.

Hostel Fee: INR 4250 per year

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chose mechanical (robotics). As they euipped with new equipment's of robotics I have inspired a lot and chose to go with this course. This course helps to understand the mechanical engineering an also robotics. It helps us to understand about the mechanism in hardware. It helps to understand about robot infrastructure and about drones. For this course if there is more depth in robotics subjects than it can better. The frequency and timing is good as they maintain a certain period of time gap between the exams and the difficulty level is also good. If studied for a week we can understand up to some level and have a chance to pass the exams.
