Good college for engineering

Our college conducts its own entrance exam SNET. I took admission on the basis of my SNET score. SNET is a multiple choice questions test where you have to answer 60 questions in 45 mins. The questions vary from easy to moderate questions. If you are well prepared then you will easily clear the cut-off for admission.

Our college is one of the many institutes that come under the Swami Vivekananda Subharti University. Other courses offered by our college are medical, Dental, Management, Nursing and many more. The college has strict regulation toward academics and also the academic sessions guidelines are given out prior to the sessions beginning. The college grooms us in every possible way to make us job ready when companies come in for placements. Speaking of which the placement ratio in our college is good.

Our college provides summer vacation of around 45 days after the end of each academic sessions which you can take up internships or get enrolled into value added courses. You can take up internship on your own but the college will try to help you in getting into the desired internship company. Our college encourages in the value added courses as they give us an added edge over students from other Engineering colleges.

Our college has a dedicated training and placement cell which takes care of the campus recruitment. The training and placement cell gives guidance regarding you career choices and they take stern measure to improve our soft skills, motivate us and also help us with personality development programs. Due to our strong recruitment networks we see some good companies come in for recruitment like, Wipro, Infosys, Birlasoft, TATA Power etc.

The tuition fee for Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering its 70,000 per year and for CS/IT/EC/EE its 65,000 per year. The tuition fee is quite reasonable and other fee include hostel charges and food are optional.

Our college gives scholarship to students on merit that is depending upon your percentage some tuition fee deductions is done.

Our college has a huge campus of 250 acre which has all the facilities starting from Hostels, Gym, to recreational facilities are provided. The college moto of "Home away from home" holds true. The college tries to incorporate us with many people from different diversity and culture and which is an important part of life. The faculty to student ratio is 1:15 and you can at any point of time can seek the teachers help.

The college has hostels for both boys and girls in the campus. The hostels come with air-conditioned rooms and all the facilities there be. Food is moderately good.

Our college began in 2005 and has its alumni base across India and across the world. Our University on the other hand has more than 80,000 alumni across the world. So, we can say our presence is quite strong.

Our college has a strict exam structure with absolute priority is given to the end semester examinations. The college follows its academic session really strictly and gives certain lay off days to prepare for your end term examinations.

Our faculty members have rich knowledge in their respective domains. Students who wish to take guidance from the faculties can avail them at any given hour of the day.
