Remarks

I had given NMAT exam and scored 249 out of 360. It was two hour long exam with 3 sections in it. The overall cut off was 235 with 75 sectional cut off. The forms were available on the NMAT by GMAC website and NMIMS form on the college website.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum comprises of learning to understand real time scenarios and learning in group projects. The faculty:student ratio is 1:30. The faculty are highly educated with great years of experience in teaching. There are mid term and final term exams which are of moderate to high level.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 1100000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The college offers internship roles with average stipend of 50k. There are other corporate projects offered by the college which help in profile building and placements process too. This also helps in industrial learning.

Placement Experience

The college provides great placement opportunities. It provides 100% placements with big brands coming on the campus to offer job roles in marketing, finance, HR, operations and general management domain.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fees is of 22 lacs which is costly as compared to other bschools. But the college provides financial assistance as it has tie-ups with various banks for loan opportunities. The jobs provide good stipend to recover the loan costs.

Campus Life

The campus provides various events whether cultural or sports. There are cells created for both the types. The books are delivered well on time. The social responsibility group is run by the college to help the society too.

Interview Experience

Due to online scenario, I had faced PI. The panel consisted of two teachers. They asked questions related to my previous work experience and current affairs. The selection was based on NMAT score, work experience and PI score.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

The placements opportunities are very good. mostly the whole batch gets placed. big companies like google and Microsoft come to campus and recruit a good number of students. it has a good average package in summers about 160000 per month.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.

i applied to symbiosis , du ,ip but choose nmims as it had a better placement record , reputation and rankings plus the real world corporate exposure. An NMIMS Insider's Guide

Eligibility for the course was the person should be from healthcare background that science and if not the person should have work experience of one or two years in the healthcare sector.
