FORE School of Management: A Less Marketed Hidden Gem

The course curriculum is at par with the IIMs with pedagogy being taught along with the case studies which are probably the best way to understand effective Management Lessons. Faculty here at FORE are Above standard but Not That great as recently multiple faculty members have left and opted for different colleges but still FORE has a good faculty with a maximum of them being PHDs from top universities (India and Abroad) The teaching method after COVID has changed drastically with the ficus on Online mode of teaching FORE has adapted well by pushing th students to learn with 1.5x creativity. This is done with help of Class participation and industry expert interaction almost every week and Case study prepare

The college provides internship opportunities to all with companies like Siemens, Signify, DHL, ITC, Nestle, Sian Paints,etc and this Academic Research project is also available if someone wantd to do that.

The students are eligible for Placement from Term 4 which starts in the month of August. The companies which Visited College include American Express, Amazon, Bank of America, Deloitte, EY, PWC, KPMG, Goldman Sachs, Nestle, ITC, Asian paints, Accenture,Tata Group, Hyundai, Maruti, HCl, Capgemini, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, Novartis, GEP, Gartner,Dell, Mahindra Group, Phillips, Schnieder Electric, Schindler, DE Shaw, etc. Most of the profiles offered were Management trainee in all the fields like Fin, Marketing, HR etc along with Consulting being another one. With all these, there were many specific profiles like Sr Market Specialist etc The highest package offered was by 41 lakhs (international and 21.5 Domestic The average package stands at 11.75 lpa

Fee - 16 lakhs for 2 years, The price was kept same during the COVID period at 15 lakhs but this year it has been increased by 1 Lakh. Means cum Merit Scholarship ( Reservation and Merit combined) Based on performance inside the college and term exams 10% Fee scholarship for J$K students seaparate.

There are multiple events happening at FORE every week which includes Industry expert interation, and the Annual Fest here is called GENESIS and other fests include Competitions for different commitees like FORE Tech and other branches. Books are provided by the college for every term and the library has a huige collection of Books from A to Z. Classrooms are very equied with IT infrastructure well in place with classes which can be help both offline and online simultaneously. Sports, the Campus is a mall and does not have a ground of its own but has an agreement with nearby grounds for the same. There are 24 Clubs and Commitees ,from Fiannce (SIG IP) to Social Service commitee (Antar). etc

No GD, only Extempre and BA and WAT 5% weightage is given to Business Awareness Quiz and Written ability Test. For this, I read the Newspapers on a regular basis and always formed an opinion on current matters. As far as Extempore goes having a good and patient communication skills always come in handy , for this practicing in front of the camera helps a lot. Personal Interview is based on Observational Skills, Background education, and Work ex.
