Jaypee ECE 62 Review

You are eligible for the course if you have PCM on the 12th. Admission is taken both through 12th board marks as well as JEE main score, but JEE main score admissions are given more importance. I chose this course ECE as it contains both the subjects of Electrical branch as well as CS branch, so I can shift to any field in future. To notify all the coming students, I want to tell you that the college is an Information and Technology college and therefore all the branches in the college have a strictly designed course such that all the students can sit in CSE placements. The faculty of CSE (coding) is quite good and helpful, although you may not find such good teachers in other subjects like ES. Exams and assignment pattern is strictly followed and you'll be filled with excessive assignment throughout the semester. You have to tackle them well to get extra time to build upside hustle.

In Internships too Jaypee has the advantage of location. It is in the middle of Noida, Gurgaon, and Ghaziabad and in the industrial area, electronic city. So a lot of companies come here for internships. Students can also easily apply off-campus.

College placements are also good enough considering Pvt colleges. The avg. Placement packages range between 8-10lac and many students get offers in the 10-15 lac bracket. IT branch has highest avg placement due to less number of students.

If you get a seat in any branch of the college you are given a fee curriculum of all 4 years. i.e you can say that the fee curriculum is very transparent. Some scholarships are there but not too many people.

The annual fest is Converge and Impression and believe me they are really great, far more than if you compare with any UPTU colleges. There are plenty of societies and clubs and they and you can learn a lot by taking part in them. Be aware of student politics in clubs by seniors (sometimes). It's not a good college if you are a sports freak. The college campus of sector 62 is very well built and mess food is one of the best mess food in any college of NCR.

Hostel Facility is good enough, most of the students get hostels if applied. Mess food is also very good. You just have to write a mail to apply for hostels. They are a bit expensive but considering the good quality food they provide, it can be managed.
