One shouldn't depend on faculty and should be independent here

You need to give TS EAMCET entrance exam to get admission to this college, you need to get below 1K to get admission here if you are from the General category and below 2k (sometimes 1.5k) if you are from the BC category and varies. There are two rounds of counseling after the entrance exam, you need to select your preferred colleges for admission, and based on your rank a college is allotted, then you need to go for certificates verification in your preferred college.

Though my preferred course was Computer Science Engineering, due to the bigger rank, I went for ECE. Faculty are well experienced in their subject. The exams are conducted timely but due to COVID, they are affected a lot. It is quite difficult to pass these exams due to strict correction by the faculty.

The companies like Mathworks and Oracle offer internship offers. Last year the stipend provided by Mathworks for intern was 55k though I wasn't selected due to a lesser GPA. Internships are not much provided on the campus.

Placements are started as soon as you complete your B.tech 3rd-year 2nd semester. Many companies like Honeywell, Mathworks, Oracle, TCS, Wipro, etc visit our campus. The highest package offered last year was 41LPA CTC by Microsoft and the lowest was 3.6LPA. Almost 100% of placements are provided but it also depends on the talent of the student.

For me, the annual fee is 18,000 but for the students who got admitted after 2019 is 35,000. The government provides a 100% fee waiver under fee reimbursement for students who are eligible. Students can also apply for scholarships and submit them. Many companies visit our college for placement like Google, Microsoft, Mathworks, Oracle, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Honeywell, etc. The highest package offered last year was 41LPA CTC by Microsoft and least being 3.6LPA.

Social fests are conducted but due to COVID I there was no fests for me. There are two libraries in JNTU. University library and college library, one can find any book they need in the library and can borrow it for 15 days. JNTU also has a sports complex with a big ground.
