Overall gist

Appeared for NMAT and depending on my degree background you can apply for Pharma MBA, registration forms for the entrance is freely available online, the dates to the exams and registration will be announced on the NMIMS site.

Since I had a Pharmacy background I chose Pharma MBA. All faculty members have relevant experience in the industry and teach from a practical point of view. Examples and news from real time pharma industry are taken to explain to the students. The academic calendar is circulated at the beginning of the academic year and is strictly adhered to.

There are constant corporate projects available for grabs by applying. Internships are also provided by the college itself, unless an individual wishes to opt out of the placement process. Each Company has their own roles to offer.

By the 5th trimester placements begin and majority of the students are placed by the start of the next trimester. There are some companies in which after internships they offer PPO(pre placement offer) at times.

Fees of the course is increased every year, so during my batch of 2021-2023 the fees were 13L. There is an option available to apply for student loans. Although the entire fees aren't paid in installments

Although due to COVID there were campus restrictions, all clubs, committees and fests were held online. These clubs and committees organize various events throughout the year. And students register in large numbers and participate and it is all organized in a very systematic manner despite being online.

Due to covid restrictions and feasibility, GD hadn't taken place. We had WAT( Written analytical test ) and PI selected based on the WAT. PI questions were based on the basic knowledge about the field and why am I choosing MBA and this college specifically.
