NMIMS College Overall Review

The course required a three- or four-year bachelor's degree to be eligible. The NMAT and NMIMS application forms were available on their official website. There were no specific incentives for reservations, and work-ex was not required, however, it did add value to personal interviews. The total application costs were roughly Rs 3000, and the dates would be announced on the website. We may take the test three times in a year because it was an adaptive test with no negative marks. There will be WAT and PI after the admission exam.

Although the program is demanding, the faculty is excellent. The faculty-to-student ratio is roughly 1:18, and NMIMS uses the trimester system, in which exams are given every three months. There is a total of 6 trimesters in 2 years. The professors are approachable and helpful. There are also mid-trimester assignments, such as presentations, quizzes, or case discussions.

There are several internship opportunities available for the 1st year students. The highest monthly stipend goes to 1.5-1.6 lakhs, with an average of roughly 70000 to 80000. Companies have openings for sales roles, auditors, prodman, and other professions. Companies that visit the are Microsoft, Dabur, Google, Genpact, Wipro, Wipro CCLG, GS, Crisil, etc.

The placements are fantastic. Last year, the average package was 18.lakhs. This year, it'll almost likely climb. We only had eight days to complete final placements for all 550 students this time. The biggest remuneration package is in the region of 35-40 lakhs. Other firms that visit campus include Microsoft, Jubilant, Genpact, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, and others. NMIMS is assigned to almost every batch. I also aim to work for the Sales sector.

The charge is 10.95 lakh per year, for a total of approximately 22 lakh, and this is the academic fee, which includes the cost of books. On-campus, there are a few scholarships that are available from time to time for needy students. There are also some scholarships available for government personnel. If one of the parents works for the government, they may be eligible for the scholarship.

Campus life is really fulfilling and enjoyable. There are clubs for Marketing, Finance, operations and dance, dramatics, fashion, and singing, as well as a cultural cell known as Nepathya, which organizes cultural festivals such as Euphoria, which takes place once a year and attracts well-known performers. There is a competition similar to MR.NMIMS and MISS. NMIMS is a very competitive program. There are also other sporting events such as Arcadia and various sports leagues. As a result, it strikes the ideal balance between extracurricular activities and academics.

WAT and PI were present at the time of admission. WAT is a 20-minute written aptitude exam in which we must solve a case study and put in our solutions. The majority of the PI was profile-based, with some general knowledge questions thrown in for good measure. Both are simple to prepare because sample questions and videos are widely available on the internet, and coaching institutes like catking exist to assist students in preparation for both exams.
