The exam structure was quite hectic, we often had college exams to prepare us for the competitive world out there. We had tutorials every two weeks as well to ensure we were reading up. Overall, it is a well reputed university and it is an honor to study in a prestigious institute like this.

The college has its own Campus Placement Cell which is supremely dedicated and conducts seminars every now and then and students get jobs with high salary package from reputed companies like McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, Google and other MNCs.

The fee per year is 10,000 for Bcom(hons) which is nominal as compared to most colleges across India. Most private colleges and universities charge a much higher fee per semester and thus if financial constraint is a criteria for you then you could definitely consider Shyam University.

Shyam has almost 15-20 active societies which students can join as per their interests. There are worshops, seminars etc. conducted very frequently. The University promotes liberal education and encourages students to pursue their hobbies along with studies as it's vital for overall development. There are societies for Dance, Theater, Music, Creative Writing, Modelling, Fine Arts, etc.

The admissions at Shyam University are based on an entrance exam. If you score the qualifying marks in the entrance test then you're eligible for getting admitted to Shyam University. After qualifying for the admission, i had to present various documents including address proof, self attested marksheet of 10th and 12th grade, aadhar card etc. You can also apply for the entrance exam online.

The professors at Shyam University are absolutely the best in their fields. Professors here are very easily approachable and understanding. They are supportive and thorough with every dimension of their subject.
